Access to the cv993 platform is conditional on the Player meeting all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the period in which the Account remains active.

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use the cv993 platform in any capacity. cv993 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Age verification documents may be requested at any time and must be provided within the timeframe specified in the verification request. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation will result in Account suspension and the return of any unplayed deposit balance to the original payment source.

2.2 Personal Capacity

By registering with cv993, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, that you are not acting as an agent or nominee for a third party, and that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

2.3 Single Account Rule

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one active cv993 Account. You may not register a second account if you already hold an account, and you may not allow another person to use your account. Where cv993 identifies that a Player holds more than one account — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — all duplicate accounts may be closed and any associated balances may be voided, at cv993's sole discretion. The primary account may also be reviewed for potential breach of these terms.

2.4 Voluntary and Informed Participation

You confirm that your participation on the cv993 platform is entirely voluntary and that you understand the nature of the games and betting markets available. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that there is no guarantee of profit from any bet or game session. cv993 strongly encourages all Players to make use of the Responsible Gaming tools described in Section 7 and available at the Responsible Gaming page.

To access the full range of cv993 services — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and claiming bonuses — you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following rules apply to all aspects of Account creation and maintenance.

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Required information typically includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number associated with your preferred MFS payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration or subsequent verification.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your cv993 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party and must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your Account. cv993 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account that results from the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cv993 immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

cv993 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with its obligations as a responsible gaming operator. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official document dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing registered mobile number)
• Source of funds documentation where transactions exceed platform thresholds

cv993 will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe and will notify the Player of the outcome. Withdrawal requests may be held pending the successful completion of KYC. cv993 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

3.4 Account Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your cv993 Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to the original payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. See also Section 8 regarding self-exclusion options.

All financial transactions on the cv993 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). cv993 supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following rules govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's cv993 Account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the MFS provider.
• Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard are subject to the processing timelines of the respective card network and may take up to 24 hours to reflect in the Account balance.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to source if identified.
• cv993 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, MFS providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are the responsibility of the Player.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Standard withdrawal processing time via bKash or Nagad: within 24 hours of the request being approved, subject to verification status.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business hours are typically reviewed faster than those submitted overnight.
• cv993 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large amounts, or accounts that have not completed full KYC.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5. Withdrawals of real-money balances are not subject to wagering requirements.

4.3 Transaction Security

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the cv993 platform are processed through SSL-encrypted connections. cv993 does not store card numbers or MFS PINs. Payment credentials are handled exclusively through the secure interfaces of the respective payment providers. If you notice any unauthorised transaction on your Account, you must notify cv993 immediately at [email protected].

cv993 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, live casino cashback, and seasonal promotions timed to significant events on the Bangladesh calendar such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). All bonus offers are subject to the general terms set out below in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the point of promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are available to Players aged 18 and above who have a fully registered and verified cv993 Account.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity window stated in the offer. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically at the end of the validity window.
• cv993 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already opted in, the relevant bonus funds will be removed but any wagering already completed under the promotion will not be reversed.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless the specific offer states otherwise, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (for example, 30x the bonus amount means a Player must wager a total equal to 30 times the bonus value before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted). The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games contribution rates, minimum odds requirements for sports bets, and time limits for each offer are detailed in the offer's specific terms at the point of promotion. Players must ensure they review offer-specific terms before opting in.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

cv993 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing opposing bets across accounts to exploit bonus terms; using irregular betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements; or any other behaviour that, in cv993's reasonable judgment, exploits the bonus system in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, cv993 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account.

All betting and gaming activity on the cv993 platform is subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules for individual casino games, live dealer tables, and sportsbook markets are also published within each respective game or market interface and form part of the overall agreement between cv993 and the Player.

6.1 Sportsbook Betting

• All bets placed on the cv993 sportsbook are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player after confirmation unless the specific market rules state that a cash-out facility is available and the Player exercises that facility within the permitted window.
• cv993 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, match abandonment, or market suspension where continuation of the market would be unfair or operationally impossible.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are governed by the specific cricket market rules available within the sportsbook interface. Rules cover scenarios including rain interruptions (DLS method), match abandonment, reduced-over games, and player withdrawal from events.
• Winnings from sportsbook bets are credited to the Player's Account Balance in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) at the applicable decimal odds confirmed at the time the bet was placed, or at the live odds at the time of bet acceptance for in-play markets.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games available on cv993 are supplied by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each game are determined by the game provider and are accessible within the game interface.
• cv993 does not determine the outcome of any casino game. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning conducted in licensed studios. Game outcomes are not influenced by bet size, account history, or any other player-specific factor.
• Technical malfunctions — including server disconnections, game crashes, or display errors — void all affected game rounds. Where a disconnection occurs mid-round in a live dealer game, the outcome recorded by the studio's system shall be the authoritative result.

6.3 Responsible Limits

Setting limits does not constitute a guarantee of losses staying within those limits in all circumstances, and Players retain personal responsibility for their gaming behaviour.

By using the cv993 platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations and to refrain from the prohibited conduct listed below. These rules exist to protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of all Players.

7.1 Player Obligations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date registration information throughout the life of your Account.
• Cooperate fully with any KYC or verification request made by cv993 within the timeframe specified.
• Use the platform for personal recreational purposes only — not for commercial, professional, or syndicated betting operations.
• Report any technical errors, game malfunctions, or suspicious activity to [email protected] promptly. Exploiting a known error to generate winnings is a breach of these Terms.
• Make use of the Responsible Gaming tools available on the platform if you believe your gaming activity is becoming difficult to control.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent closure:

• Registering more than one Account on the cv993 platform.
• Providing false identity, age, or address information at registration or during KYC.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage exploitation, or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise illegitimate means via bKash, Nagad, or any other payment channel.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or pricing mistakes in sportsbook markets or casino games.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive communication with cv993 support staff.
• Using the cv993 platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under local law, where doing so is the Player's own legal responsibility to determine.

cv993 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time where there is a reasonable basis to do so, including but not limited to the circumstances described below. Players also retain the right to close their own Account at any time for any reason.

8.1 Closure by cv993

cv993 may suspend or permanently close an Account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Identification of fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity on the Account.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider in respect of a deposit.
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account is being used for money laundering or other financial crime.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring cv993 to restrict or close the Account.

Where cv993 closes an Account for any of the above reasons, any real-money balance not implicated in the breach will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to verification. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings associated with a breach will be voided.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem are encouraged to use the cv993 self-exclusion facility. Self-exclusion is available directly from the Account dashboard or by contacting [email protected]. Players may elect a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During the exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and the Player will not receive any promotional communications from cv993. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. To request reinstatement after a fixed-term exclusion, the Player must contact support in writing and allow a mandatory 48-hour reflection period before reinstatement is approved. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. cv993 will notify the Player at the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. The monthly dormancy administration fee, where applicable, will be stated in the notification. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant Account should contact [email protected]. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period may be closed without further notice.

8.4 Surviving Provisions

The following sections of these Terms & Conditions survive the closure of an Account for any reason: the Definitions section, clauses relating to outstanding financial obligations between the Player and cv993, the prohibition on fraudulent conduct, and any clause expressly stated to survive termination. All other provisions cease to apply from the effective date of Account closure.
